Get Movin’ Exercise Group

An excited group of 15 started Term 4 at CQU Gym today. This is group rotation activity
where members do a circuit, each activity between 15 and 30 seconds. They enjoyed it.

The Get Movin’ Exercise Groups meet at 11.00 – 12.00 noon Monday and Thursday at CQU City Campus, Sydney Street Mackay.
