Come along and Get Movin’ and get fit in a very well equipped CQU TAFE Gymnasium.

ORIENTATION PROCESS
Health screening will be done on the first visit. Programs will be written according to individual requirements by the teaching staff.

Students will take participants through their programs a couple of times, then participants will be encouraged to continue on their own, however, students and teachers will be supervising at all times.

A total of 9 weeks training – 5 consecutive weeks, 4 weeks off then another 4 weeks of training.

Programs will be changed after the first 5-week block unless injury or health conditions determine otherwise,

Start date: Monday 9th October – 30th October. This is the final block for 2017.

Monday 11.00am – 12.00pm – 10 participants

Thursday 11.00m – 12.00pm – 10 participants (Thursday Classes are in recess at present but should be up and running in 2018).

2017 season closes at the end of October. A big thank you to U3A members for your regular attendance and has been appreciated by the CQU Gym staff.
Courses will recommence in 2018 on Mondays and Thursdays – the waiting list is open, please give Jackie Sherriff a call to place your name on the list.
