Come along and Get Movin’ and get fit in a very well equipped CQU TAFE Gymnasium.

ORIENTATION PROCESS
Health screening will be done on the first visit. Programs will be written according to individual requirements by the teaching staff.

Students will take participants through their programs a couple of times, then participants will be encouraged to continue on their own, however, students and teachers will be supervising at all times.

A total of 10 weeks training – 5 consecutive weeks, 2 weeks off then another 5 weeks of training.

Programs will be changed after the first 5-week block unless injury or health conditions determine otherwise,

Start date: Monday 27th February 2017
Monday 11.00am – 12.00pm – 15 participants
Thursday 11.00m – 12.00pm – 10 participants
